Georgia dressage trainer, Kenn Acebal, is facing new charges after allegedly driving down the highway naked.
Acebal could face charges of possession of methamphetamine, public indecency and possession of drug-related items, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff Department.
According to a report, Acebal gave his permission to search the vehicle and deputies found a glass pipe and a small bag containing methamphetamine. He bonded out of the Forsyth County Detention Center on June 18.
Acebal was arrested in April when FBI officials say he allegedly attempted to meet with what he thought was a child for sex. He was charged on three counts of criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation, three counts of criminal attempt to commit child molestation, and three counts of child computer pornography in that case.
Acebal runs his business, Kenn Acebal Dressage, out of Yellow House Farm in Alpharetta.
UPDATE
Kenn Acebal is back behind bars in the Catoosa County Jail after his bond was revoked in mid-November. The judge in his case signed the motion after he violated his bond in June when he allegedly was found in possession of meth and was in a lewd state of partial nudity according to court documents. A date for the bench trial in the child sex sting case has not been scheduled according to the District Attorney's Office.
