A Tennessee gaited horse trainer will stand trial in late October for allegedly committing sexual offenses against three female minors.
A jury will decide the fate of Dick Peebles who is charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
Peebles was arrested in January after the parents of one of his alleged victim's contacted officials. The charges involved separate incidents that allegedly occurred at his walking horse farm, Dick Peebles Stables.
Peebles is currently out on bond.
