A Tennessee horse trainer waived his right to a preliminary hearing this week. Dick Peebles is accused of alleged sex crimes against three minors.
He was arrested in January after the parents of one of his alleged female victim's contacted officials. The charges involved separate incidents that allegedly occurred at Peebles' farm, Dick Peebles Stables.
He is charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means and solicitation of a minor.
The Grand Jury is scheduled to hear the case on June 20.
Shortly after Peebles' arrest, the Walking Horse Trainers' Association took action against the Celebration Hall of Fame Member saying, "due to the severity of the charges, the WHTA has suspended the license of Peebles immediately and will issue no further license until a resolution of the outcome has been confirmed."
