Crundwell's Luxury Motor Home Hits Market for $1 Million

If you have a cool million dollars you could own Rita Crundwell's luxury motor home that she allegedly purchased with ill-gotten gains. The AQHA breeder has been federally charged with wire fraud.

The US Marshals Service is selling the bus via a sealed bid sale. The 2009 Liberty Coach Motor Home has a minimum sale price of $1 million dollars. Bids can be submitted July 23 through August 1 and the motor home is available for inspection on July 23 and July 27, by appointment only.

Crundwell worked for the City of Dixon as its comptroller for more than two decades. She is accused of stealing more than $53 million to support a lavish lifestyle that included showing and breeding quarter horses. Crundwell has pleaded not guilty. The court has approved the sale of properties and more than 400 horses.

Feds say the proceeds from the sale of Crundwell's forfeited assets will be used as restitution for the City of Dixon if she is found guilty.

If you'd like to place a bid on the motor home call 414-297-1144.
